Beauty treatments and cures are performed in the many thermal centres both in Abano Terme and Montegrotto Terme.
A holiday in the Euganean Hills is therefore a great opportunity to get in shape.

Besides the thermal centres, numerous outdoor sports are available: golf, swimming or a bike ride.
As for Golf, the area offers a full 5 Golf Clubs: the most important are

• Club Frassanelle with 18 holes,
• Club Montecchia with 27 holes,
• Club Galzigano with 9 holes.

Then there is also the Golf Accademy Camp in Montecchia where you can learn the initial rudiments of this sport.

For those who love horseback riding, there is a wealth of choices: trekking routes and various stables are available throughout the territory, ready to accomodate beginners and experts alike. Numerous national and international riding competitions are held in Abano.

There are walls equipped for climbing and a natural rock-climbing gym in Rocca Pendice.
